Job summary

Teleperformance Philippines is seeking an experienced Trainer to support the Expedia travel program within our BPO operations. The role requires prior experience training on travel accounts, strong presentation and coaching skills, and the ability to work onsite with shifting schedules.

You will develop curricula, facilitate sessions, and coach agents to deliver high-quality customer experiences. Familiarity with GDS and Expedia backgrounds is preferred, along with proficiency in Microsoft

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Prior experience supporting the Expedia account/Travel program.
• At least 1-2 years of Trainer experience in a BPO environment.
• Preferably with GDS and Expedia Background.
• Experience facilitating training for Travel, Hospitality, or OTA (Online Travel Agency) accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
• Experience in curriculum development, adult learning methodologies, and performance coaching.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and learning management systems.
• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
