Job summary

Stacktrek Enterprise Inc. seeks a Trainer/Training Facilitator to deliver on-site sessions on Generative AI and workplace technologies. You will run interactive training, prepare materials, and adapt content for different learner levels at our campus in Mandaue City, Cebu.

The role requires at least two years of training experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts. Availability for face-to-face sessions is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of training, teaching, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge or exposure to Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot).
• Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Availability to conduct face-to-face trainings at our Campus.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Willing to comply with company policies, including confidentiality and curriculum usage agreements.
• Willing to complete internal upskilling programs (training provided at no cost).
• Flexibility with training hours based on partner availability.
