Job summary

StackTrek is seeking a Trainer to lead practical, hands‑on sessions introducing learners to AI tools and responsible usage. You will deliver comprehensive trainings, support guided activities, and ensure alignment with privacy and ethical standards at our Mandaue City, Cebu Campus.

You will foster a positive learning environment, monitor progress, and update materials as needed, while collaborating with the training team to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of teaching, mentoring, coaching, or conducting training sessions.
• Familiarity with productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in using Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) in personal or professional setup.
• Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly to technical and non‑technical learners.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in both English and Filipino.
• Experience in preparing reports, documenting learner progress, and giving feedback.
• Willingness to sign and comply with company agreements, including Non‑Disclosure and curriculum usage policy.
• Available to teach on‑site face‑to‑face classes in our Mandaue City, Cebu Campus.

• Maintain accurate attendance and learner progress records.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback for improvement.
• Develop effective practice questions, exercises and activities to support learning objectivesStay updated on emerging trends in workplace AI and digital productivity.
• Perform other training‑related duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications / (Nice to Have):

• Knowledge of Data Privacy Laws (e.g., RA 10173) and ethical principles in the workplace
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Power Automate, Zapier, Make)
• Previous experience with BPO, IT, Education or digital‑enabled services industry preferred
• Experience as a college instructor is a plus
• Certification in related area is an advantage
