Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive programmes for new hires and veterans across departments. You will assess needs, tailor solutions, and run classroom and on-the-job sessions aligned with corporate standards.

You will evaluate training impact, maintain records, and work with leaders to close skill gaps while supporting onboarding and ongoing development. Strong communication, organization, and LMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of experience in training, instructional design, or employee development in a customer-service/BPO setting.
• Solid knowledge of adult learning principles and delivery techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences.
• Ability to design and develop training content using various tools and platforms.
• Proven ability to conduct training needs assessments and evaluate effectiveness.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver engaging training programmes for new hires and existing employees across various departments and functions


• Assess training needs and tailor learning solutions to meet the specific requirements of different teams and business units


• Conduct classroom-based and on-the-job training sessions, ensuring content is clear, relevant and aligned with organisational standards


• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to continuously improve programme quality


• Maintain detailed training records, documentation and reporting on participant progress and training outcomes


• Collaborate with department managers and senior leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training interventions


• Support the onboarding process by delivering company orientation and role‑specific induction training


• Stay current with industry best practices, training methodologies and emerging trends in employee development


• Provide coaching and mentoring support to trainees during and after formal training programmes


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials, processes and delivery methods

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a training, instructional design, or employee development role within a customer service, BPO or similar high-volume operations environment


• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training methodologies and instructional delivery techniques


• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences


• Ability to design and develop training content using various tools and platforms


• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting training needs assessments and evaluating training effectiveness


• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training programmes simultaneously


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and learning management systems (LMS)


• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation


• High level of patience, empathy and commitment to supporting employee development


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Training and Development, Business Administration or a related field


• Professional training certification (such as ASTD, CIPD or equivalent) is highly desirable


• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
