Job summary

Contego - Global Talent Solutions in the NCR, Philippines is seeking a Full-Time Operations/Traffic Manager to own traffic, plan workloads, and allocate capacity across projects.

You will coordinate delivery against deadlines, budgets, SLAs and KPIs, track productivity, and determine freelance requirements while enforcing workflow, quality control, and brand standards.

This role also aims to improve utilization and project efficiency and support scalable APAC work-sharing and enhanced reporting.
