MicroSourcing is seeking a Traffic Planner for its hybrid, day-shift setup at Two Ecom, Mall of Asia in Pasay. The role involves drafting plans to meet US code of practice, tracking daily timesheets, and timely responses within KPIs. • Strong software skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet.
• Highly developed interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to interpret standards and procedures +A12.

Responsibilities

• Draft extensive plans ensuring all plans are drawn per US code of practice and Altus expectations and submitted timely.
• Complete daily timesheets plan tracking reports in a timely manner.
• Respond to communication within KPIs.
• Measure performance and make changes to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure quality standards are met and communicated to all levels.
• Adhere to management timeframes and requester requirements.
• Follow Company Guidelines, Mission, and Values.

Your Role

As a Traffic Planner, you will:

• Draft extensive plans ensuring all plans are drawn as per US code of practice and Altus expectations and submitted in a timely manner.
• Complete daily timesheets plan tracking reports in a timely manner.

• Measure performance and make changes to improve productivity and profitability.

• Ensure all timeframes and requests made by management are adhered to in accordance with set time frames made by the requester.
• Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with Company's Guidelines, Mission, and Value Statement
