Job summary

Archlabs in the NCR, Philippines, is looking for a Traffic Manager to lead traffic, workload planning, and capacity allocation within Creative Design. You will coordinate delivery against deadlines, budgets, SLAs and KPIs, and track productivity to determine freelance requirements.

You will enforce workflow, quality control and brand standards, use WIP data to improve utilization and project efficiency, and help scale APAC work-sharing with stronger commercial reporting and continuous process

Responsibilities

• Own traffic, workload planning and capacity allocation
• Coordinate delivery against deadlines, budgets, SLAs and KPIS
• Track productivity and determine freelance requirements
• Enforce workflow, quality-control and brand standards
• Use WIP data to improve utilization and project efficiency
• Improve operational efficiency, resource utilization and delivery quality while enabling scalable APAC work-sharing, better commercial reporting and continuous process improvement.
