Job summary

Brainbox seeks a Traffic Management Designer to develop and manage TMPs that ensure site and road user safety while minimising disruption. You’ll prepare TMP documentation, liaise on approvals with RCAs, and produce traffic diagrams for infrastructure projects.

Role requires CoPTTM/NZGTTM knowledge, experience with RapidPlan, and strong English communication. NZ experience is preferred; based in the Philippines with opportunities to travel.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CoPTTM and NZGTTM required.
• Experience using traffic planning software (RapidPlan).
• Understanding RCA approval processes and requirements.
• Strong attention to detail in technical docs.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with clients, STMS and stakeholders.
• NZ traffic management industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare TMPs aligning with client/project needs.
• Create traffic diagrams and practical solutions using RapidPlan.
• Submit and manage TMP approvals/renewals with RCAs.
• Perform project risk assessments and select traffic controls.
• Coordinate with clients, RCAs and delivery teams through approvals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and version control.
• Support project planning and traffic management methodologies.
