Job summary

Apercon is seeking a Head of Traffic to lead traffic acquisition and scale paid campaigns for iGaming projects. You will own strategy, budgets, GEO expansion, and partner with Marketing, Affiliate and Analytics teams.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in traffic acquisition and 3+ years in a leadership role, with hands-on expertise in paid media, budget management, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in traffic acquisition / performance marketing.
• 3+ years in a Head of Traffic or similar leadership role.
• Experience in iGaming.
• Strong hands-on experience with paid traffic and scaling.
• Experience managing significant budgets and multiple GEOs.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute traffic acquisition strategy.
• Scale paid traffic channels and new GEOs.
• Manage advertising budgets and traffic performance.
• Monitor CPA, ROI, ROAS, FTD, NGR and other key KPIs.
• Lead the traffic team and drive performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Affiliate, Product and Analytics teams.
