Job summary

TP ICAP in Manila is seeking a capable Market Platform Support Specialist to join our APAC team. You will be the first point of contact for trading platform issues, working with Sales and Product teams to test and launch improvements, and to ensure smooth operation of our brokered platforms.

The role emphasizes incident management, data accuracy, and proactive monitoring, with potential out-of-hours coverage for upgrades.

Qualifications

• Financial services experience preferred.
• Operational support experience.
• Strong communication and collaboration with internal/external customers.
• Good attention to detail and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• First and second line support for Market Administrators trading platform.
• Incident and problem management, ownership of trade issues.
• Maintain platform data accuracy including updates and proactive monitoring.
• Log incidents via ServiceNow and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate internal training and testing of software releases.
• Out of hours support may be required for upgrades and release testing.
