Position Overview:

A Trader Coach is responsible for providing guidance, support, and mentorship to individuals or teams of traders to enhance their trading skills, develop effective strategies, and manage risk in financial markets. Trader Coaches help traders improve their decision-making abilities, emotional resilience, and overall performance in various trading environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mentorship and Training: Provide one-on-one or group coaching sessions to traders, helping them understand trading principles, technical analysis, fundamental analysis, and trading psychology. Assist in the development of personalized trading plans.
• Performance Analysis: Evaluate traders' performance by analyzing their trading history, risk management practices, and overall strategies. Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address weaknesses.
• Risk Management: Educate traders on effective risk management techniques, including position sizing, stop-loss orders, and portfolio diversification, to minimize losses and protect capital.
