Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end electronic processing of trademark registrations through IPOPHL via eTM file.
Determine the correct NICE classification for marks being filed.
Prepare correspondence to Registrability Reports or Office Actions with formal responses.
Maintain registrations through renewals and declarations (3rd & 5th year, 10th anniversary).
File recordal transactions and prepare legal documents for submissions.
Monitor trademark postings for opposition via e-Gazette and conduct initial searches.
Oversee regulatory compliance and government agency interactions as assigned.
