Job summary

Magna Prime Chemical Technologies, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a results-driven sales and operations professional to oversee area performance and drive development. The role targets attainment of set KPIs and implementation of strategic sales plans.

You will conduct monthly reviews with DSP, coordinate supply chain activities, train distributors, and visit accounts to ensure effective operations and logistics. Strong focus on improving sales generation and distributor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Responsible in overseeing the over-all area performance and its development.
• Attain the set target.
• Execute strategic sales plan, program and activity .
• Responsible to conduct monthly business review with DSP.
• Submission of Weekly Highlight report to be submitted to GTD.
• Endorse operational issues of support team (Supply chain, Credit and Collection)
• Attain of KRA/KPI ( DSP and Distributor)
• Execute area tactical objective and action plan.
• Review of DSP KRA/ KPI.
• Analyze and manage distributor inventory report per month.
• Review of sell out report to be submitted to GTD on a monthly basis.
• Monthly Sales review with DSP.
• Collection of Direct customer of MPCTI.
• Endorse of prospect distributors.
• Develop new customers with DSP.
• Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales generation.
• Endorse DES, RFCM, RGAS for GTD approval.
• Visit all accounts.
• Fill up credit/upgrade sheet.
• Review KPI of Distributors
• Review of Class A, B and C accounts
• Request BPP for approval of GTD
• Train DSP.
• Check if good warehouse keeping is practiced
• Execute efficient and effective operations and logistics
• Conduct seminars and training to stores and customers.
