PRIME GLOBAL CORPORATION is seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor to support in-store presence, promotions, and product availability across assigned channels. You will work closely with sales teams to bridge strategy and execution at the point of sale.

Responsibilities include executing trade marketing initiatives, deploying POS materials, conducting store visits and audits, coordinating promotions, and tracking performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2-4 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, or related FMCG roles.
• Strong knowledge of retail environment and merchandising execution.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork and store visits.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Execute trade marketing initiatives, promotions, and in-store activities aligned with company strategies
• Ensure proper deployment of merchandising materials and point-of-sale (POS) displays across outlets
• Conduct regular store visits and trade audits to monitor execution quality and compliance
• Coordinate with Sales teams to ensure alignment on promotions, product launches, and activations
• Assist in planning and implementation of channel-specific programs (Modern Trade, General Trade, etc.)
• Monitor inventory levels and product availability at the trade level
• Track and report performance of trade promotions and provide insights for improvement
• Liaise with external agencies and suppliers for merchandising and activation requirements
• Gather competitor intelligence, including pricing, promotions, and in-store activities
• Support budget tracking and ensure efficient use of trade marketing resources
