You will develop and lead plans to accelerate growth, improve shopper conversion, and collaborate across Brand, Sales, Omnichannel, and Supply Chain to ensure flawless field execution.

Responsibilities

• Deliver volume, gross/net sales, gross margin, and BOI targets across retail and e-commerce channels.
• Contribute to improve the Sales & P&L profitability by optimizing trade spend and improving product mix.
• Continuously monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet commercial targets.
• Lead the trade marketing input into Monthly Financial Forecasts (IBP) and annual Brand Plans.
• Translate brand and category strategies into actionable trade plans by channel and key customer.
