Gold Label Resources Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a Marketing Manager to grow our noodle and pasta brands. You will plan and run campaigns, lead a small team, and work closely with Sales and Top Management to shape the brand’s plan and execution.

You will manage the annual marketing plan, promo calendar, and budget, execute online and offline campaigns, and coordinate launches, events, and trade activities while reporting results to senior leadership.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years of FMCG marketing experience.
• Experience in both digital and traditional marketing.
• Experience planning campaigns, promos, or events.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or similar.
• Good leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Make the yearly marketing plan, promo calendar, and budget.
• Run campaigns online and offline (social media, ads, in-store, trade).
• Plan and manage launches, events, and trade activities.
• Lead the marketing team and report results to Management.
