Job summary

Kimtan Labs Inc. is seeking a Trade Marketing Associate to support in-store execution, promotional deployment, and retail data management across all accounts in the Philippines.

You will coordinate promotional materials, plan VM routes, monitor planogram compliance, and consolidate sales data into weekly reports. The role requires strong data skills, attention to detail, and clear communication with store contacts and field teams.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in trade marketing, retail operations, or merchandising coordination.
• Strong data skills: comfortable with spreadsheets, consolidating data from multiple sources, and spotting errors.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven: manages multiple deadlines without dropping tasks.
• Clear communicator across store contacts, field teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Proactive: flags problems before they escalate.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate promotional material production, dispatch, and deployment across all retail channels: ensure materials arrive at stores before activation and are displayed correctly.
• Plan and maintain Visual Merchandiser route schedules: map routes for efficiency, adjust for priority doors, new store openings, and campaign needs.
• Track VM store visit completion, planogram compliance, and in-store execution standards: consolidate into weekly reports.
• Consolidate daily and weekly sell-through and revenue data from all retail channels into standardized reports.
• Own inventory reporting for all branches: track stock levels, flag issues, reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain the retail operations database: store contacts, VM schedules, compliance records, inventory status.
• Support in-store activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns with coordination and logistics.
• Handle routine store and retail partner inquiries: resolve administrative issues directly.
