Qualifications

• 6-7 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Experience handling bulk, break-bulk and container shipments of agri-commodities.
• Graduation is required; MBA International Business would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform vessel screening to ensure compliance per global guidelines.
• Gather information on contracts nominated for vessel execution from the Business Team.
• Update vessel nomination details to Sellers and Buyers (counterparties).
• Coordinate follow-up and confirmation on vessel nominations with counterparties.
• Nominate surveyors and load port agents for the vessel via the Business Team.
• Monitor loading and discharge operations and coordinate with surveyors and agents.
• Prepare shipping documents like Bills of Lading, Packing List and Commercial invoices.
• Execute and settle contracts in SAP system; provide guidance to Documents team.
