Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA in Mohali, India, seeks a Process Executive - Trade Contract to ensure timely entry of contracts and amendments, and to issue contracts in line with Bunge standards. You will support Asia Pacific contract admin activities and build an efficient contract admin workflow.

The role requires strong knowledge of GAFTA/FOSFA, SAP experience, and excellent English communication. You will manage master data, pricing allocations, and reporting while contributing to audits and process

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role or with International Commodity company.
• Minimum Education Qualification – Graduation.
• Post-graduation would be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in handling commodity contracts and knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts desirable.

Responsibilities

• Input of purchase and sale contracts and amendments.
• Create master data for new contractual counterparties.
• Allocate futures pricing, rolling of futures pricing and overfill/underfill pricing.
• Issuance of contracts using Bunge standard terms.
• Review of third party contracts issued.
• Produce and retain documentation in accordance with Company’s policies and procedure requirements.
• Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders on day-to-day operational matters.
• Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Handle month end record reconciliation.
• Timely & proper resolution of queries with a solution driven approach.
• Identify and propose ways of process improvement as per industry leading practices.
• Work on CI related projects.
• Provide all information, documents and reports for audit; post the audit, take steps as per corrective actions.
• Provide guidance and support co-workers, knowledge sharing and best practices.

Role Purpose Statement

This position is responsible for timely and accurate entry of contracts into the system, including amendments, physical issuance of the contracts and counterparty set in the system, serving Asia Pacific region contract admin activities for Bunge. This is an Individual contributor role with ultimate goal of building an efficient and self-reliant Contract admin team

Main Accountabilities

Technical

• Relevant experience in handling entry and issuance of commodity contracts for bulk and container shipments of Agri-commodities, with good knowledge of GAFTA, FOSFA contracts’ rules.
• Good knowledge of concepts and procedures related to contract life cycle of commodity contracts and related terms & guidelines, including expertise in Incoterms, logistics and shipping documents.
• Strong written & oral communications skills in English. Knowledge of any other foreign languages will be an added advantage
• Computer proficient and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in working with SAP system (Added Advantage)

Education & Experience

• 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role or with International Commodity company.
