You will oversee inventory, weighbridge controls, cost performance, governance and audit responses, delivering actionable insights for operational decision-making and strategic cost management.

Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in industrial/manufacturing finance, plant controlling or commercial finance.
• Experience in SAP-based reporting, internal controls and plant operations environment preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plant controlling, cost accounting, budgeting, MIS reporting, taxation and SOX.
• Ability to lead and develop a team with clear communication and performance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead plant controlling, accounting close and financial reporting.
• Oversee inventory, production and weighbridge controls; ensure SAP accuracy.
• Analyse costs versus budget and prior year to support cost control decisions.
• Manage commercial governance activities including DPO review, contracts, Capex, GRN and SOX.
• Lead and develop the plant commercial team with coaching and timely audit responses.
