Job summary

Ivoclar is seeking a Digital Platform Specialist to ensure accurate, up-to-date platform information and deliver a seamless digital experience. You will manage content, monitor data quality, and provide frontline user support across the Trade Connect platform.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, validate updates, and contribute to testing and knowledge management efforts. A relevant degree and 3–6 years of experience are expected, with attractive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience is required.
• Experience with content management, digital operations, or data administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update platform content, including product information, pricing, documentation, and marketing materials.
• Monitor data quality and enforce content standards across the platform.
• Serve as the first point of contact for platform-related inquiries and support requests.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate system functionality.
• Develop and maintain user guides, FAQs, and support documentation.
