Job summary

Emperador Distillers, Inc. (EDI) is seeking an Events Coordinator to plan and execute trade and consumer events, ensuring on-brand execution and timely vendor delivery. You will coordinate logistics, monitor budgets, and work with Sales and Marketing to align objectives across campaigns.

The role requires 1–3 years in event coordination, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends, is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, marketing or promotions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute trade and consumer events, including promotions, activations, and exhibits.
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and event partners to ensure timely delivery of requirements.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, permits, materials, manpower, and transportation.
• Ensure brand guidelines and standards are properly implemented in all events.
• Monitor event budgets and track expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align event objectives and strategies.
• Supervise on-ground event execution and resolve issues in real time.
• Prepare post-event reports, including performance evaluation and recommendations.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights during events.
