Qualifications

• College graduate of Marketing, Business Management, or a related course.
• Experience in trade marketing, promotions, events, or related field.
• Strong planning, coordination, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple activities and deadlines.
• Willing to conduct field visits and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualizing and planning promotional activities aligned with brand and sales objectives.
• Prepare promo implementation work plans, including activity mechanics, manpower, logistics, and costing.
• Coordinate and cascade promotion details and requirements to project implementers and concerned parties.
• Provide technical briefing and training to personnel involved in promotional activities.
• Monitor and coordinate manpower, supplies, vehicles, and other logistics prior to activities.
• Prepare and submit timely promotion updates, competitive reports, and recommendations.
• Manage, monitor, and audit POS materials and promotional items, including timely dispatch to project implementers.
• Review promo expense reports and ensure proper allocation and charging of promotional activities.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client programs, plans, and other sensitive information.
