Job summary

KUSUM HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a merchandising professional to improve shelf placements and stock levels across Watsons branches in Metro Manila. You will ensure inventory, drive sell-out, and install marketing materials per branch while visiting multiple branches weekly.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of merchandising experience, solid knowledge of Watsons policies, and strong communication and relationship-building skills; college-level education and computer literacy are required.

Qualifications

• College level education.
• Effective communication skills.
• At least 3 years in merchandising, preferably in Metro Manila Watsons branches.
• Knowledge of Watsons merchandising policies and protocols.
• Computer literacy and adaptability to store systems.

Responsibilities

• Improve and maintain display placements and stocking level in store shelves
• Ensure adequate in-store inventory of all Dermazole and Wolvit products
• Grow sell-out numbers in all assigned branches
• Ensure installation/placement of marketing materials on all display areas per branch
• Visit 15 branches per day: 5 days a week
• Maintain minimum of 95% coverage of assigned branches per month
• Submit reports on time and accurately
