Private Advertiser is seeking experienced logistics professionals to join a fast-paced environment focused on shipment tracking, carrier coordination, and freight operations. The role requires meticulous records and proactive updates for every shipment.

Responsibilities include monitoring shipments from pickup to delivery, coordinating with carriers, and maintaining timely status communications while supporting US business hours (night shift in the Philippines).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in domestic freight forwarding or logistics operations.
• Ground transportation experience specifically required for freight operations.
• Experience in Track & Trace activities and carrier communication.
• Understanding of P&D operations and freight movement processes.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Conversational level English proficiency required for effective carrier communication.
• Willing to work US business hours (night shift in the Philippines).
• Must be available to work 8PM-5AM Manila time to align with US business operations.
