Job summary

Sany Philippines INC. is seeking a Tower Crane Service Technician to install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and service SANY tower cranes and related equipment.

You will ensure safe, efficient operation per manufacturer specs and company standards while coordinating with service engineers and customers. You will respond to service calls on-site, perform diagnostics across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control systems, and maintain detailed records.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a technical field (mechanical/electrical/etc).
• 2–3 years of experience in heavy equipment or crane servicing.
• Experience in tower crane installation, maintenance, or repair preferred.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic diagrams and mechanical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair SANY tower cranes.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and service inspections per manufacturer specs.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues.
• Inspect components like motors, gearboxes, brakes, wire ropes, and safety devices.
• Provide on-site technical support and customer service.
• Prepare service and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with service engineers on major repairs.
• Travel to project sites as required.
• Adhere to safety procedures and standards.
