Job summary

You will maintain customer satisfaction through proactive communication, accurate reporting of work performed, and careful handling of equipment safety and site environment, contributing to safety, quality and ongoing product improvements.

Responsibilities

• On-site service visits including planned maintenance, callouts and service repairs, following schedule and safety instructions.
• Maintain safe working environment and comply with maintenance instructions and safety rules.
• Provide accurate, timely back reporting of work performed and stock usage to supervisor.
• Identify on-site risks and communicate escalation needs to supervisor; assist in ongoing safety improvements.
