Qualifications

• Prior experience in operations, logistics, or supervisory role (travel/tourism industry a plus)
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under pressure
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills, both with staff and partners
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays as needed
• Can start ASAP

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily tour and travel operations to ensure smooth execution
• Coordinate schedules, logistics, and manpower across tours and activities
• Liaise with transport providers, guides, and other partners/vendors
• Monitor service quality and resolve operational issues in real time
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and client requirements
• Prepare operational reports, schedules, and performance summaries for management
• Lead, train, and schedule tour staff, drivers, and support personnel
• Set clear expectations and monitor team performance and attendance
• Handle escalations from staff or clients and resolve promptly
• Collaborate with management on process improvements and cost efficiency
• Ensure proper documentation, inventory, and asset management
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and evaluation of operations staff
