Job summary

ECAM Technologies Corporation is seeking a Payroll & Total Rewards Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and total rewards programs. The role collaborates with Country HR teams and payroll vendors to ensure accurate, on-time pay and compliant benefits structures.

The successful candidate will handle government-m mandated benefits payments, timekeeping accuracy, and reporting while supporting onboarding and employee inquiries with a focus on data integrity and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, business, accounting, finance, or allied field.
• At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
• Working knowledge of Philippine labor law, taxation (BIR), and government-mmandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF).
• Basic accounting principles and standards knowledge.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Good project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and related data in payroll systems.
• Coordinate with HR teams and payroll vendors to meet enrolment timelines and SLAs.
• Ensure timely remittance of government-mandated benefits and taxes.
• Maintain timekeeping accuracy and attendance records; generate reports.
• Assist in compensation, benefits administration, and total rewards programs.
• Respond to employee payroll questions and support onboarding.
