Job summary

ECAM Technologies Corporation in Metro Manila invites applications for a Payroll Associate. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across ECAM Ph, while adhering to local laws and company policies.

You will support HR and Finance, manage payroll data, process new hires and changes, handle government contributions, and respond to inquiries, aiming to improve efficiency and accuracy of payroll operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS in Accounting, Business, HRDM, or related course.
• Previous payroll experience is a plus.
• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll principles.
• Knowledge of local regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software/databases.
• Trustworthy with confidentiality and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain payroll master data for new and existing employees.
• Process changes, hires, bonuses, and terminations timely.
• Handle banking information and related tax forms for new hires.
• Manage deductions and government contributions/deductions.
• Ensure accurate time tracking and resolve payroll disputes.
• Investigate and resolve payroll issues; adjust data as needed.
• Prepare final pay for terminated employees and explain computations.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries on payroll.
• Ensure compliance with wage and hour laws; assist audits.
• Generate payroll certificates and handle benefit deductions.
• Participate in new hire orientation regarding payroll policies.
