Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Payroll Specialist to support the day-to-day payroll services for the US region, processing end-to-end payroll using Empower/Easy Pay, ADP, and other systems. You will ensure compliance with taxation and regulations, maintain payroll documentation, and work with HR to align processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience to Payroll
• Experience in processing US and Canada region payroll
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience in high-volume/high-headcount payroll processing
• Experience with Empower/Easy Pay, ADP, Global View, Celegro and Workday or other Payroll Systems
• Oracle system experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Accurately and timely perform payroll activities for the US/Canada regions
• Ensure regulatory alignment including taxation and other payroll regulations
• Manage payroll systems and documentation for compliance
• Escalate issues to Team Lead for timely resolution
• Maintain SOP/DTP and update documentation as required
• Perform tasks in line with SLA and company policies
• Assist in audit-related activities
• Support simple process improvement initiatives
