You will align rewards programs with business goals, lead senior stakeholder discussions, and oversee programs that enhance employee financial well-being.

The role requires extensive experience in Total Rewards/HR Strategy, leadership, and robust knowledge of compensation structures and HR policies.

Qualifications

• 10-12 years in Total Rewards/HR Strategy
• 5 years in leadership/people management
• Strong knowledge of Total Rewards principles, compensation structures, job evaluation, HR policies, HRIS systems
• Familiar with labor laws and regulatory compliance
• Experience with market benchmarking and competitive analysis

Job description

Lead the strategy, design, and execution of the Bank’s Total Rewards framework to attract, engage and retain talent through equitable and compelling rewards programs that drive performance and contribute to organizational success.

Responsibilities

• Formulates the Bank’s distinct Total Rewards philosophy and vision, ensuring alignment with overarching talent strategies and business objectives to guide the development and execution of rewards programs and initiatives.
• Designs and implements innovative Total Rewards strategies with senior leaders to position the Bank as a talent leader, while advising on compensation decisions to ensure program effectiveness and sustainability.
• Spearheads the design and development of programs targeted towards the financial well‑being of employees.
• Provides consultative support and deliberate decisions with senior stakeholders on matters of compensation management.
• Reviews benefits packages that meet employee profiles and organization’s budget.
• Manages the Total Rewards team by providing strategic direction, managing budget, and guiding team objectives to align with broader organization strategy and maximize impact and operational efficiency.
• Networks and engages with external benchmarking organizations and HR associations to stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring that the Bank’s Total Rewards strategies remain competitive and responsive to organizational needs.
