Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) seeks a Head of Total Rewards to lead the strategy, design, and execution of the bank’s Total Rewards framework. You will attract, engage, and retain talent by developing equitable and compelling programs.

You will provide consultative guidance to senior stakeholders, manage the Total Rewards team, and ensure alignment with broader talent strategies and business objectives, while benchmarking against industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Master’s in HR Management or MBA preferred.
• 10–12 years of Total Rewards/HR strategy experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership and people management experience.
• Knowledge of Total Rewards principles, compensation structures, job evaluation.
