Job summary

Metro Pacific Tollways in Cebu seeks a data analyst to systematically analyze toll transactions, prepare data for reports, and monitor toll system performance. You will detect trends from system data, produce insightful graphical and statistical reports, and develop worksheets to reconcile large data from multiple sources for reporting.

You will also support daily and monthly reporting and assist the department head.

Responsibilities

• Systematic analysis of toll transactions
• Prepare toll data to be used for generation of reports and analysis
• Monitor the behavior and performance of toll transactions
• Detect trends thru information obtain from the system
• Provide insightful reports and analysis as needed; Provides graphical and statistical reports
• Develop worksheets to be used regularly to efficiently validate and reconcile big amount of data from various sources to come up with the findings and results for reporting
• Prepare daily and monthly report requirement
• Assist the department head administratively and other department activities
• Identify statistics or specific analysis needed for following up toll system performance
• Coordinates with toll system operation personnel any irregularities and issues within the toll collection system
• Adjust revenue report in accordance with the requirements of concessionaire
• Prepare and submit reports in accordance with approved policies and procedures
