Job summary

PerfectPresents.ph in the Philippines is seeking a TikTok Shop Operations Specialist to independently manage and optimize our TikTok Shop activities, driving sales growth and brand presence.

You will launch and migrate products, manage day-to-day orders from purchase to delivery, optimize listings, coordinate with CX, Production, Marketing, and Supply Chain, and build long-term creator partnerships to expand reach.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in TikTok Shop or e-commerce marketplace management.
• Proven experience independently managing an e-commerce channel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with sales data, reports, and performance insights to support business decisions.
• Strong organization and attention to detail, especially when handling multiple products and priorities.
• Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and external partners.
• Self-directed and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience with personalized, gift, jewelry, or similar e-commerce products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Launch and migrate Perfect Presents to TikTok Shop including store setup, product migration/listing, and establishing a workable process for our personalized products.
• Manage day-to-day TikTok Shop operations ensuring orders are properly processed from purchase through production, fulfillment, and delivery.
• Maintain and optimize product listings including pricing, variants, personalization instructions, availability, product information, and promotions.
• Manage TikTok Shop affiliates and creators including recruitment, outreach, product seeding, commission setup, coordination, performance tracking, and building long-term creator partnerships.
• Manage TikTok Shop account health and compliance including cancellations, refunds, disputes, violations, fulfillment metrics, and platform requirements.
• Coordinate with CX, Production, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure TikTok Shop orders, promotions, and creator campaigns run smoothly.
• Monitor shop performance and continuously improve the channel including sales, conversion, affiliate performance, product performance, customer experience, and internal processes.

About the role:
