Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing an online store is an advantage.
• Familiar with Shopee Seller Centre and TikTok Shop Seller Center.
• Knowledge of online selling, promotions, vouchers, campaigns, and product listing optimization.

Responsibilities

• E-Commerce Account Management: Manage and maintain the TikTok Shop accounts; update listings, prices, images, and inventory; monitor orders, cancellations, returns, and customer concerns; optimize for search visibility; maintain store health.
• Order & Inventory Management: Monitor orders, coordinate with warehouse for processing; update inventory; handle cancellations, returns, refunds; ensure timely shipping.
• Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, comments, messages; handle complaints and provide solutions; monitor reviews and maintain store image.
• Promotions & Sales: Create/manage promotions, vouchers, discounts, campaigns; monitor competition and trends; drive traffic and sales.
• TikTok Shop Support: Coordinate with content/live-selling team; optimize product catalogs and visibility; identify trends and opportunities.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports on sales, orders, revenue, and product performance; analyze data for improvements.
