Qualifications

• Experience in live selling, preferably in the beauty industry.
• Knowledge of makeup/cosmetics.
• Stable internet connection at home.
• Quiet and presentable space suitable for live streaming.
• Familiar with live selling platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee Live).
• Flexible with schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Host regular livestreams on our Shopee and TikTok channel, engaging with viewers and fostering a sense of community.
• Plan and prepare content for livestreams, including brainstorming ideas, scripting segments, and coordinating any necessary props or materials.
• Interact with viewers during livestreams through comments, questions, and shout-outs, creating a personalized and engaging experience.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to promote upcoming livestreams and drive viewership to our Shopee and TikTok channel.
• Stay updated on Shopee and TikTok trends and features, incorporating popular elements into livestreams to maximize audience engagement.
• Monitor livestream analytics and viewer feedback, using insights to continually improve and refine livestream content.
• Collaborate with other team members, including content creators, designers, and social media managers, to ensure alignment with overall brand goals and messaging.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in livestreaming and social media marketing, sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
