Job summary

Orro Home in the Philippines is seeking a proactive Live Host Moderator to support our live-selling operations. You will monitor sessions, engage customers in real time, assist hosts, and step in as a backup host to ensure a smooth, interactive shopping experience across our e-commerce platforms.

Ideal candidates are tech-savvy, comfortable with OBS and livestream tools, and able to troubleshoot on the fly.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of OBS (Open Broadcaster Software) is an advantage.
• Experience in beauty/skincare livestreaming is a strong advantage.
• Computer literate and comfortable using livestream software, Google Workspace, Excel/Google Sheets, and other online tools.
• Able to set up and operate livestream equipment.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues during livestreams.
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Experience with TikTok Live, Shopee Live and knowledgeable in TikTok Studio, OBS.
• Good understanding of basic product information and promotional mechanics to effectively support the Live Host.
• Familiar with product pinning, voucher setup, flash sales, promotional mechanics, and campaign requirements.
• Able to quickly identify and respond to live room issues or potential platform violations.

• Monitor the live room, products, vouchers, promotions, comments, and overall livestream status in real time.
• Respond to customer inquiries and comments in real time.
• Assist live hosts by managing audience engagement during broadcasts.
• Conduct live-selling sessions and present products when assigned or when a substitute host is needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional live chat environment.
• Monitor live performance and provide feedback for improvement.
• Support promotional campaigns and audience engagement activities.
