Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment's Ticketmaster division is seeking a Ticketing Operations Specialist to support our Call Centre and Box Office, ensuring high-quality service and timely responses to customer inquiries.

The role involves handling inbound/outbound calls and emails via Zendesk, coordinating event operations, and assisting with agent onboarding and equipment readiness. Travel to sites for on-site support may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills to relate to people at all levels and build rapport.
• Proven organizational skills to manage deadlines and business needs.
• Results oriented with ability to meet targets, including working nights, weekends and holidays as required.
• Proficiency with data processing and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to train and present to customers.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from Call Centre and provide day-to-day ticketing support.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and other electronic channels.
• Assist with general and technical issues and escalate when necessary.
• Plan and manage operations during events as required.
• Support onboarding and training of new staff and ensure agents have necessary equipment.
