Job summary

SMC Mass Rail Transit 7, Inc is seeking a senior lead to oversee MRT 7 System Testing & Commissioning from Pasig, ensuring operational, performance and safety requirements are met across all disciplines and addressing arising issues.

You will plan and coordinate technical activities with the Client and EPC Contractor, identify risks, provide expert guidance, review E&M System Integration and lead integration efforts across Civils, E&M and existing infrastructure, delivering periodic integration

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and management of the MRT 7 System Testing & Commissioning to ensure the operational, performance and safety requirements across all disciplines and address any issues arising.
• Plan and coordinate technical activities, such as Testing and Commissioning processes and data, with the Client and EPC Contractor.
• Identify and raise risks to be considered.
• Raise key issues and provide guidance and technical expertise to help resolve them.
• Provide technical expertise as and when required to help address technical issues.
• Perform review of the E&M System Integration; which may also involve leadership of specific integration activities at the subsystem project levels, depending on the need, strategic nature and risk. Primarily this involves integration of Civils, E&M and existing infrastructure.
• Provide a periodic Systems Integration report to the management.
