Job summary

WSP in Asia in Manila is seeking a Systems T&C Engineer to drive testing and commissioning and systems integration on complex railway projects. You will plan and implement on-site T&C activities under Hyundai Rotem supervision to deliver a safe, fully integrated system.

You will collaborate with EPC contractors, consultants, Hyundai Rotem and the Project Manager, bringing 10+ years in engineering or project delivery and 5+ years in T&C to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering, systems integration, or project delivery experience.
• 5+ years executing the T&C phase on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Mandatory experience in Railway Systems, transportation, or rail infrastructure.
• Proven ability to coordinate with EPC contractors, Hyundai Rotem and the PM.

Responsibilities

• T&C planning and execution under Hyundai Rotem supervision.
• Establish T&C execution strategies and detailed plans with Hyundai Rotem.
• Perform on-site commissioning and systems integration testing.
• Produce regular T&C status reports, metrics, and dashboards for Hyundai Rotem and PM.
• Coordinate local stakeholder communication in Manila and provide on-site support.
• Coordinate technical interfaces between disciplines to support T&C activities.

Job Summary

The Systems T&C Engineer is responsible for executing the Testing and Commissioning (T&C) phase and systems integration under the supervision of Hyundai Rotem across complex railway projects. This role driving the planning and onsite implementation of T&C in accordance with directives, while coordinating essential technical and operational interfaces to deliver a safe, fully integrated system.

Key Responsibilities

• T&C Planning and Execution under Hyundai Rotem Supervision
• Establish the project's T&C execution strategies and detailed plans under the management and supervision of Hyundai Rotem
• Perform and manage on-site commissioning and systems integration testing
• Produce regular T&C status reports, performance metrics, and dashboards to provide executive summaries to Hyundai Rotem and the Project Manager.
• Facilitate local communication among stakeholders in Manila and provide on-site operational support to prevent T&C task delays.
• Support essential technical interface coordination between disciplines to support T&C activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of engineering, systems integration, or project delivery experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience executing the T&C phase on complex multidisciplinary projects.
• Mandatory experience in Railway Systems, transportation, or rail infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to work effectively and communicate clearly with EPC contractors, consultants, Hyundai Rotem, and the PM.
