Job summary

VTSA International Inc. seeks a Testing & Commissioning Supervisor to lead nationwide T&C activities in the elevator and escalator sector. You will oversee testing, ensure safety and quality standards, and coordinate with clients and inspectors to deliver compliant handovers.

The role requires strong troubleshooting and engineering skills, willingness to travel nationwide, and experience in elevator/escalator T&C or similar fields. Based in Pasig City, Manila region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in elevator/escalator T&C or similar industry.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Willing to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Testing & Commissioning activities nationwide.
• Ensure all systems meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards before handover.
• Perform and supervise testing (initial, load, high-speed, and functional testing).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues during commissioning.
• Coordinate with project teams, clients, and inspectors.
• Monitor and track all ongoing T&C activities and progress.
• Handle and respond to T&C-related technical concerns and issues.
• Support major rectification works and commissioning failures.
