DMCI Homes in Manila seeks a Commissioning Engineer to oversee testing and handover readiness of electrical, mechanical, civil, architectural, and structural systems. You will manage T&C documentation, prepare weekly reports, review handover records, issue NCRs, and ensure CATs are prepared for compliant areas; training will be provided.
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering and at least 2 years in commissioning of MEP/CAS systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
Preferably with at least two (2) years of work experience in Commissioning of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Elevator System
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspects completed systems and common area facilities to identify quality issues prior to handover and records findings in the First Time Quality (FTQ) application.
Maintains all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) or Civil, Architectural, and Structural (CAS) Testing and Commissioning (T&C) documentation for the entire project, including commissioning records, site observations, testing procedures, test checklists, and other related T&C documents.
Prepares and presents weekly T&C reports during coordination meetings.
Reviews handover documents, including test and inspection records, for completeness and provides feedback to the Construction team on any missing or incomplete requirements.
Responds to Requests for Acceptance (RAT) within two (2) days from receipt.
Validates actual dimensions, layouts, and finishes against the approved as-built drawings.
Issues Non-Conformity Reports (NCRs) for deviations from approved plans and specifications and records them in the Quality Assurance System (QAS)
Prepares Certificates of Acceptance and Turnover (CATs) for areas and facilities that comply with approved plans and specifications, and endorses them to the T&C Manager for further processing.
Attends and successfully completes all required training programs.
