Allegro MicroSystems in the Philippines seeks a leader to oversee Test Operations and Engineering and Compliance with Site QMS coordination. You will drive quality targets for Test and Probe Operations and guide production and maintenance teams in applying quality tools to meet customer expectations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years as section head/manager in a semiconductor environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under tremendous pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Reviews and drives KPI targets and quality performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Chair Test Operations Quality Initiatives and present strategies and action plans to top management.
• Lead Anti-Mixing initiatives and ensure projects are implemented by Tiger teams or task forces.
• Optimize business processes across Test and Probe sections and departments.
• Coordinate with operations to meet internal and customer quality expectations and standards.
