Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems, LLC in the Philippines is seeking a senior Quality Operations Manager to oversee Test Operations and Engineering and Controls implementation, ensuring compliance with the site QMS and meeting internal and customer quality targets.

You will chair quality initiatives, drive anti-mixing programs, optimize processes across Test and Probe Operations, and ensure the use of quality tools such as 8D, FMEA, MSA, and SPC. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or Business Operations, or 7+ years equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under tremendous pressure; self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Review and set annual KPI targets for quality across Test and Probe Operations.
• Chair Test Operations Quality Initiatives and present strategies to top management.
• Lead Anti-Mixing initiatives (Tiger teams, task forces) to ensure implementation.
• Optimize business processes across Test and Probe departments.
• Ensure Test Ops compliance to manufacturing standards and controls.
• Lead and utilize quality tools (8D, FMEA, SPC, etc.) for process and equipment performance.
• Manage ECCB, OPL, QDMS systems.

Responsible to lead the achievement of all quality targets for Test and Probe Operations through the regular quality operations meetings, discussions and Quality Task Forces. Ensures Production and Maintenance groups adapts and use quality tools in the management of process and equipment performance. Coordinates and partner with Operations teams to ensure meeting all internal & customer quality expectations and standards requirement. Oversees the management of the Production Quality Control Inspectors to ensure product quality compliance on products manufactured in AMPI Test Operations while keeping a highly effective and efficient process controls in place. Initiates Manufacturing Compliance for both Test and Probe Operations including but not limited to leading Test and Probe Operations in Audits Management and Compliance.What You'll DoReviews and recommends yearly targets on the following: External & Internal quality performance KPI’s, Internal Audits, Standard Compliance, NQD-MVI’s, and anti-mixing issues.Chair the Test Operations Quality Initiatives and present to top management the strategies, projects and action plans to ensure that KPI targets are met.Chair the Anti-Mixing (Low Tech Error) initiatives (Tiger teams, task force etc).
