Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of progressive senior supervisory experience leading technical teams, or 1+ years with an advanced degree.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor validation flows, bench test methodologies, and laboratory management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop engineers and technicians in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and cross‑functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily lab operations for the test and validation group with clear priorities for characterization and validation.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development for engineers and technicians.
• Enforce lab data integrity, adopt standardized test methodologies, and provide actionable feedback to design teams.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for test anomalies and equipment issues with hands‑on troubleshooting.
• Plan bench resources and scheduling to align with project milestones and customer delivery commitments.
