Job summary

Allegro MicroSystems is seeking an experienced leader to manage the daily lab operations for the test and validation group, guiding device characterization and validation activities.

You will grow and coach engineers and technicians, enforce data integrity, and coordinate resources to meet project milestones. This role supports a global effort to deliver high-quality sensing and power solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or closely related field.
• 3+ years of progressive supervisory experience leading technical teams.
• Solid knowledge of semiconductor test/validation processes and lab management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily lab operations for the test and validation group.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance development of engineers and technicians.
• Enforce lab data integrity, performance metrics and standardized test methods.
• Serve as technical escalation for test anomalies and equipment issues.
• Coordinate bench resources and scheduling to meet milestones.
