Role Overview

The Test Manager – Digital Wealth will lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) strategy for the implementation of a Digital Wealth platform. The role requires strong expertise in Digital Wealth Management, Test Management, stakeholder engagement, and leading distributed QA/QE teams across large-scale banking transformation programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving quality, ensuring effective test governance, and delivering successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy for Digital Wealth platform implementation.
• Define and execute test strategies across Digital Wealth solutions, banking integrations, and cloud-based applications.
• Manage functional, automation, performance, and user experience testing teams.
• Drive quality governance, testing metrics, risk management, and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, product teams, development teams, and offshore delivery teams.
• Own test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, documentation, and UAT coordination.
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Management.
• Proven experience implementing or testing Digital Wealth Management platforms.
• Strong Test Management experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Demonstrated experience leading large cross-functional and offshore QA/QE teams.
• Expertise in test strategy, test planning, quality governance, and defect management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing large-scale banking transformation or digital platform implementation projects is highly preferred.
