Job summary

Thakral One is seeking a Cross Domain Test Manager to drive end-to-end testing for a major Core Banking Transformation. You will oversee SIT, UAT, and E2E testing across Lending, CASA, Payments, and Common Services, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role requires 12+ years in testing, strong governance and leadership, and collaboration with business, project, and technical teams to achieve a successful go-live.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance.
• Experience managing enterprise banking testing programs.
• Worked on Core Banking Transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Lending, CASA, Payments, and Common Services domains.
• Familiar with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Skilled in SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall testing strategy for the transformation program.
• Define testing governance, standards, and reporting frameworks.
• Ensure consistency and compliance across all testing domains.
• Manage SIT, UAT, and End-to-End Testing.

• Monitor testing progress and quality metrics to ensure readiness.
• Oversee defect tracking, prioritisation, and resolution.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to address issues.
• Support production readiness activities and go-live cutovers.
• Validate testing outcomes to ensure smooth transition and business continuity.

• Oversee defect tracking, prioritisation, and resolution.
• Collaborate with business users, project managers, and technical teams to address issues.

Production Readiness & Go‑Live Support

• Support production readiness activities and go‑live cutovers.
• Validate testing outcomes to ensure smooth transition and business continuity.
