Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Senior Test Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) testing to lead QA efforts on CRM implementations in the Philippines.

The role focuses on test planning, design of test cases, execution, and defect management across Sales, Service, and Marketing modules, collaborating with business and technical teams to ensure quality and delivery timelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (as stated).
Minimum 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE testing.
Strong understanding of CRM business processes.
Experience with testing tools such as Azure DevOps Test Plans, Selenium, TestRail.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end testing for Dynamics 365 CE implementations (test planning, design, execution, reporting).
Collaborate with functional/technical teams to translate requirements into test scenarios.
Conduct functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing for Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.
Identify, document, and track defects; coordinate timely resolution.
Define and maintain reusable test assets; ensure coverage across releases.
Support automation initiatives and contribute to continuous testing improvements.
Participate in go-live readiness checks and post-deployment validation.
Ensure testing aligns with timelines and quality standards.
